You’ve tried everything you can think of to manage your anxiety, but nothing has changed.

You have tried talking to family or friends, reading self-help books, using meditation apps, or even quick fixes like binge-watching TV shows to escape your emotions

But you’re still feeling…

Frustrated by the struggle to cope with intense worry and the uncertainty it brings.

Disconnected from loved ones, making it challenging to fully engage in relationships.

Overwhelmed by racing thoughts that leave you feeling exhausted, on edge, and unable to focus.

Treatment

I use two therapeutic approaches with my clients: one helps you understand yourself better, while the other teaches you practical skills to handle stress. This dual strategy helps you explore how past experiences affect you today and gives you tools to manage stress in a healthier way.

  • This is the process of gaining insight into one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to help you make positive changes in your life.

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a type of therapy that helps individuals learn skills to manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and cope with stress. It combines principles of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with mindfulness techniques. DBT focuses on building skills in four key areas: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.

  • Insight oriented therapy can help you to better understand yourself by increasing awareness of the connection between your past experiences and your current mindset and circumstances.

DBT teaches you to use practical skills which can help you to better navigate challenging situations and manage your feelings in the moment, which can help create a more balanced and fulfilling life.
